SHIPPING POLICY

All Shipping prices reflect parts orders that are within the size limitation of FedEx and USPS. Prices do not apply to large/oversized component items such as engines, transmissions or body panels that require shipping by truck. Please call us for a quote before ordering. (see "Oversized Items" below).

Shipping costs do not include any Duties, Taxes, Customs or other fees or charges by the destination country.  Customers are responsible for any and all broker fees, tarrifs, duties, taxes and customs fees imposed on international orders by the destination country. If they are not paid to the carrier, we reserve the right to charge them to your credit card as a result of your order.

All Delivery Times listed below are based on if the items are currently in-stock in our NJ facility. If we have to locate the items from one of our other warehouse facilities, please expect the delivery time to take a few days longer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

FEDEX DELIVERY GROUND

• Delivery time: 1 - 5 business days after shipment based on the distance from our NJ facility.
• Estimated Shipping Costs: 15% of total order or a minimum of $12.50 (Doesn't apply to large component items.  Contact us for freight charges on large items.) 
• Orders are shipped with insurance against damage as soon as all items become available.
• Monday-Saturday deliveries.
• Ground shipping cannot be used for shipments outside the 48 State Continental US
• Must be a physical street address, Fedex will not deliver to a PO Box.
• We will call or email for approval if shipping costs exceed website estimate.
• Estimated Shipping Costs do not apply to large component items.  Contact us for freight charges on large items.
• Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday.
• 1-Day and 2-Day Orders received after 4:00PM EST will be processed the next business day for shipping.

• Delivery time: Estimated 3 business days after shipment from our NJ facility.
• Estimated Shipping Costs: 20% of total order or a minimum of $25.00
• Fedex Express Economy Shipping.
• Orders are shipped with insurance against damage as soon as all items become available.
• Monday - Friday deliveries only.
• 3-Day Air shipping may only be used for shipments in the 48 State Continental US.
• Oversize, Overweight and Dimensional shipping charges will be applied as posted on the Fedex website.
• We will call or email for approval if shipping costs exceed website estimate.
• Recommended for shipping to Texas and US West Coast where Ground is 4-5 days. 
• Estimated Shipping Costs do not apply to large component items.  Contact us for freight charges on large items.
• Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday.
• 1-Day and 2-Day Orders received after 4:00PM EST will be processed the next business day for shipping.

• Delivery time: Estimated 2 business days after shipment from our NJ facility.
• Estimated Shipping Costs: 25% of total order or a minimum of $50.00
• Fedex 2nd Day delivery.
• Orders are shipped with insurance against damage as soon as all items become available.
• Monday - Friday deliveries only.
• 2-Day Air shipping may be used for any of the 50 US States and is the minimum required for AK and HI.
• Oversize, Overweight and Dimensional shipping charges will be applied as posted on the Fedex website.
• We will call or email for approval if shipping costs exceed website estimate. 
• Estimated Shipping Costs do not apply to large component items.  Contact us for freight charges on large items.
• Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday.
• 1-Day and 2-Day Orders received after 4:00PM EST will be processed the next business day for shipping.

• Delivery time: Estimated 1 business day after shipment from our NJ facility.
• Estimated Shipping Costs: 30% of total order or a minimum of $75.00
• Fedex Standard Overnight Delivery.
• Orders are shipped with insurance against damage as soon as all items become available.
• Monday - Friday deliveries only.
• 1-Day Air shipping may be used for any of the 50 US States.
• Oversize, Overweight and Dimensional shipping charges will be applied as posted on the Fedex website.
• We will call or email for approval if shipping costs exceed website estimate. 
• Estimated Shipping Costs do not apply to large component items.  Contact us for freight charges on large items.
• Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday.
• 1-Day and 2-Day Orders received after 4:00PM EST will be processed the next business day for shipping.

USPS INTERNATIONAL

• Delivery time: 4 - 21 days after shipment from our NJ facility.
• Estimated Shipping Costs: 30% of order total or a minimum of $40.00
• USPS International Express or International Priority shipping.
• Orders are shipped as soon as all items become available.
• We will e-mail for approval if shipping costs exceed website estimate.
• WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA USPS
• By choosing this option, you agree to release us from any responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after we have tendered it to USPS.

 
FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY

• Delivery time: 2-14 days after shipment from our NJ facility.
• Estimated Shipping Costs: CONTACT US FOR A DETAILED QUOTE 
• Fedex International Priority Insured Shipping.
• Orders are shipped with insurance against damage as soon as all items become available.
• Oversize, Overweight and Dimensional charges will be applied as based on the Fedex International Priority dimensional weight as posted on the Fedex website.
• We will email if shipping charges exceed website estimate.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING OPTIONS for Our INTERNATIONAL Customers

GENERAL INFORMATION & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Fedex is our primary shipping carrier.
• We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to packages shipped via USPS.
• International orders over $200, any order over $500, and any order to a Freight Forwarder, will be subject to preauthorization.
• Your order will not be processed until we receive full prepayment.
• International orders require manual shipping calculation, email your delivery address along with your order info for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
• International orders placed without a prior shipping quote will not be processed until we receive your "authorization".
• Customer's "Bill To/Ship To" name and address must be the same as on the credit card used.
• Customers are responsible for any and all broker fees, tarrifs, duties, taxes and customs fees imposed on international orders by the destination country. If they are not paid to the carrier, we reserve the right to charge them to your credit card as a result of your order.
• NJ Sales tax of 7% will be added to all NJ addressed orders as required by the NJ Division of Taxation.
• Freight charges for all orders shipped outside the Continental United States will be on an "as quoted" basis.  This means that the freight charge that is automatically quoted on the order confirmation page will not reflect the actual freight charges incurred.  To accurately quote freight, we will contact you with an accurate quote which will then require your approval prior to us proceeding with the orde transaction.
• Delivery times outside the Continental United States may vary and take slightly longer.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

• All Shipping prices reflect parts orders that are within the size limitation of FedEx and USPS.  Oversize items including but not limited to large/oversized component items such as engines, transmissions or body panels, items over 42 inches long. They require extra shipping charges.
• Due to the cost and size limitations, we cannot ship large/oversize items via truck to a private address.  Therefore, all large/oversized items shipped by truck require a commercial address for delivery.
• Please call for a quote before ordering.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

• At this time, we not ship hazardous materials. Those items include products such as oils, coolant, aerosol, touch-up paint, batteries, air bags, seat belts with pretensioners, vehicle care products (chemical based) and the like.
• If you have any questions regarding the shipping of hazardous materials, please feel free to call or email us.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

• Orders of $500 and over are Subject to Verification.

DISCONTINUED AND/OR OLDER PARTS/ACCESSORIES

• Not all discontinued and/or older parts or accessory items are available for immediate shipment.
• Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories.
• We do not provide any body parts pre-painted.
• Unless otherwise specified all exterior parts are provided in primed, ready-for-customer-to-paint condition.
• We do not paint parts or supply pre-painted items except as specified in the catalog as color choice parts.
• Any customer-painted parts are rendered non-returnable.
• There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories or electrical items.
• They are considered “Final Sale.”
  

FOR SECURITY REASONS, AND FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS, WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

Due to the increasing fuel surcharges imposed on us by our shipping providers and related vendors, we will apply a $3.00 handling charge to every order to help offset our shipping expense.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. If you recieve a Damaged part, please contact us immediatly so that we may  notify the shipping company of the damage.  ALL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED FOR INSPECTION BY OUR SHIPPERS. Failure to comply with this will result in any and all damaged claims being denied.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER / DESTINATION CONTROL STATEMENT

The destination Control Statement (DCS) must be entered on the invoice and on the bill of lading, air waybill, or other export control document that accompanies the shipment from its point of origin in the United States to the ultimate consignee or end-user abroad. 

The person responsible for preparation of those documents is responsible for entry of the DCS.  THe DCS is required for all exports from the United States of items on the Commerce Control list that are not classified as EAR99, unless the export may be made under License Exception BAG or GFT )(see part 740 of the EAR).  At a minimum, the DCS must state:

"These commodities, technology or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations.  Diversion contrary to the U.S, law is prohibited."
